Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day checking warranty on all of our products. Customers can easily request an exchange within 15 days of delivery if the product is delivered damaged or faulty.

Any complaint must be raised within 15 days of delivery along with a short video and pictures at Morzela.com@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 03379756689.

Refund & Exchange will be entertained if we are informed within 15 days of delivery. In case of return, customers must send the product back to the return address mentioned on the package slip within 15 days. The refund will be initiated within 48 hours to the bank account provided by the customer. Rs. 200 will be deducted as a one-way delivery charge on orders availing free delivery.

Colors may vary upon delivery of your merchandise. (Unless you have paid extra for the desired color). Color differences are not covered under any Exchange or Refund Policy, even within 15 days.

Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box. This condition must be maintained if you are requesting a return or exchange within 15 days.

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition within the 15-day return period, Morzela reserves the right to send it back to you.
